Jacki and Mark Tait
Mark and Jacki Tait are the husband-and-wife team behind Tait Real Estate Group with eXp Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northern Arizona. Together they bring a powerful blend of experience, marketing expertise, and a relationship-first philosophy that has helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell property across the region.
Jacki Tait has been a full-time real estate professional since 2002 and is known for her strategic marketing, deep knowledge of the Northern Arizona market, and commitment to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with clarity and confidence. She specializes in primary residences, second homes, vacation properties, and short-term rental investments. Jacki’s background in marketing and branding allows her to position listings to stand out in competitive markets while helping buyers identify opportunities others might miss.
Mark Tait brings a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate investing. He has been in real estate full-time since 1992. He works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors looking to build long-term wealth through real estate, with particular expertise in luxury homes, investment properties, and second homes.
Together, Mark and Jacki are also real estate investors themselves, giving them firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges of property ownership.
As longtime residents of Northern Arizona, Mark and Jacki understand the unique lifestyle that draws people to communities like Flagstaff, Clarkdale, Munds Park, and the Verde Valley. They split their time between their homes in Flagstaff and Clarkdale, Arizona. They love not only living in these two areas, but actually being a part of the communities and building relationships with other residents as well.
They believe real estate is ultimately about relationships, not just transactions, and their approach centers on listening carefully, providing honest guidance, and advocating fiercely for their clients. Whether helping a first-time buyer purchase their first home, guiding a family into their dream mountain retreat, or advising an investor on building a portfolio, Mark and Jacki are committed to delivering exceptional service and results.
Outside of real estate, they enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, playing pickleball, and
spending time with their family and their Portuguese Water Dog, Zoe.
